Thank you for visiting Halima Khan Design.
As our valuable customer, we would like you to know the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time

Domestic orders are processed within 3-5 business days while International orders are processed within 7-11 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sunday or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Custom Order(s)

Our custom order policy is slightly different from what you’ve read above.

Once the query is finalized (through email) payment method will be sent to the customer. After verification and confirmation of the payment, the order will be processed. You can read below on how long the order might take to deliver.

*Please note that you will not be able to make any changes or

alterations once the query is finalized. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and a tracking ID (if a valid email address was supplied).

The tracking ID will be active within 24 hours till the delivery of your order.

Customs and Duties

We are not responsible for any custom duties or tariffs applied to your order nor do we calculate any duties/tariffs during checkout.

Any fee imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (duty, tariffs, etc.).

Damages

In the meantime, we are not liable for any products

damaged or lost during shipping.

Payment Methods

All orders are charged when you click “Place Order”.

For now our payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards.

Returns & Refunds

The facility of returns and refunds for both domestic

and international orders is not applicable at this moment.

Paying special attention and maintaining the quality of our products which would ultimately lead to customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
